School Nurse Staffing
NPORT provides orientation and support for nursing staff placed at educational organizations throughout the Tri-State Area. We work closely with each organization to determine operational needs and student goals. Our approach includes:
- Comprehensive pre-assignment skills & competency qualifications assessment
- Orientation based on school district health service standards and pupil needs
- Experience in medication administration & management of chronic illnesses
- Training in documentation & Medicaid coding
- Nurse supervisor oversight, including documentation review
- Evaluation frequency depending on contract; annual evaluations for all
